Cancellation and Refund Policy: Emotional Support Sessions
We provide dedicated online emotional support sessions for our clients. Please go through the cancellation and refund policy for the support sessions:
Cancellation & Refunds: Please note that refunds for support sessions are not available. We prioritize the confidentiality and commitment of our service. You book a slot after payment and once a slot is booked, it is reserved specifically for you. If you cancel the session then Resource Owls will not be liable to refund the fees.
Exceptions: If we cancel the booking then we always refund the fees of the session. This is the ONLY circumstance where we provide a 100% refund without questions.
How to Request a Cancellation & Refund: Our team will get back to you instantly with cancellation reasons and the refund will be processed instantly.
Changes to Policy: We reserve the right to update or modify our Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time with prior notice. Every changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Meetup Events
We organized different types of meetup events here. Those are mainly Online Events and Offline Events. The cancellation and refund policies for those events are as follows:
Online Events Cancellation & Refund: Refunds for online events are unavailable. Once you have registered for an event, your spot is reserved, and resources are allocated accordingly. If you cancel the session then Resource Owls will not be liable to refund the fees.
Offline Events Cancellation & Refund: A partial refund may be available after deduction for weekend trips and long tour bookings. The specific refund amount will be determined based on the timing of the cancellation and any applicable fees or expenses incurred by Resource Owls. Please note that refunds for weekend trips and long tour bookings are subject to change and Resource Owls will update about every .
How to Request a Cancellation & Refund: To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our customer service team at aimbee@resourceowls.in within the specified period. Be sure to provide your name, order number (if applicable), and a brief explanation of the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and respond to you promptly with further instructions and any applicable refund or cancellation policies.
