CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At Resource Owls, we value your time and commitment. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled across our services. By booking a session or registering for an event, you agree to this policy.

1. Let’s Talk Sessions

1.1 Cancellation by Client
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for - One free reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice ("No-Show") will result in no refund.
1.2 Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request one reschedule per booking, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduled sessions must be used within 7 days of the original appointment date.
1.3 Cancellation by Resource Owls
If Resource Owls cancels a session for any reason:A 100% refund will be issued, ORThe session may be rescheduled at no additional charge (as preferred by the client).

2. Meetup Events & Membership

2.1 Online Events
If a participant cancels voluntarily, fees are generally non-refundable. If Resource Owls cancels the event, a 100% refund will be issued.
2.2 Offline Events / Trips
For offline meetups, trips, or tours:Refund eligibility may vary depending on event logistics and third-party arrangements.Refund details, including applicable deductions (if any), will be clearly mentioned in the event brochure or registration confirmation.If Resource Owls cancels the event, a 100% refund will be issued.
2.3 Meetup Group Membership
Membership fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once access has been granted. If Resource Owls cancels a membership before activation, a full refund will be provided.

3. Remote Job References

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Currently, no charges are applied for Remote Job Reference listings. Therefore, no cancellation or refund policy applies.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund issue has occurred, please contact:

6. Policy Updates

Resource Owls reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
