CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: LET'S TALK SESSIONS
CANCELLATION & REFUND:
If you need to cancel the session for any personal reason, Resource Owls will not be liable for a refund of the fees. But there will be exceptions.
EXCEPTIONS:
Please note that, if Team Resource Owls need to cancel the booking for any reason, we will always provide a 100% refund without question.
HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION & REFUND:
If we cancel the session, then our team will respond promptly with a reason, the refund will be processed immediately, and credited within the next 7 working days.
CHANGES TO POLICY:
We reserve the right to update or modify our Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Every change will be effective immediately, with prior notice.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: MEETUP GROUPS & MEETUP EVENTS
ONLINE EVENTS CANCELLATION & REFUND:
If you cancel the event, then Resource Owls will not be liable to refund the fees. On the other hand, a 100% refund for online events is available if Team Resource Owls has to cancel the event.
OFFLINE EVENTS CANCELLATION & REFUND:
If, under certain circumstances, any weekend trip or long tour gets canceled either by you or by us, then a certain percentage will be refunded. The specific refund amount will be determined based on the phase of the cancellation and applicable expenses incurred by Resource Owls. We will update you about everything transparently in the event brochures.
MEETUP GROUP MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION & REFUND:
If you cancel the Meetup Group Membership in the middle of the tenure due to some personal reason, then we would not be liable to refund. Meanwhile, if we have to cancel someone's membership, then we will refund 100%.
HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION & REFUND:
To request a refund of your canceled trip or group membership, please contact our customer service team at aimbee@resourceowls.in within the specified period. Be sure to provide your name, order number (if applicable), and a brief explanation of the reason for your request. Our team will review your request, and your refund will be credited within 7 working days via bank transfer.
CHANGES TO POLICY:
We reserve the right to update or modify our Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
REMOTE JOBS REFERENCES:

Presently, we don't charge anything to our clients, so the cancellation and refund policy is not applicable.
